Counter Notification

In situations where we find your counter notification to be valid, under our discretion, your copyrighted material that was removed will be reinstated within fourteen (14) business days. If your counter notification is denied, you can submit another counter notification at your expense. Please understand that statements made under these claims are made under penalty of perjury and misrepresentation and false claims made regarding the copyrighted material in question may result in liability for damages including attorney’s fees, missed business opportunities, and court expenses. Filing false counter notifications constitutes as perjury in the United States justice system.
